Today is the First Day of the Rest of My Summer

2 days and a week

Staff Training starts in 2 days and Summer Camp begins on June 1st... just a week away!

TBT - Winning the Race

We took some inspiration from this old camp photo and our campers' favorite new program activity - Pedal Carts.  This summer our theme is The Brackney 500 "Winning the Race"

Work'n for the Weekend... again

This past weekend we had a crew from Easton Bible Church here to help us with the final push before summer.  Collectively they logged in over 160 hours of landscaping, weeding, edging, mulching, cleaning and BUILDING STEPS.

Camp looks great and we are ready for our summer to begin in 7 days!

TBT - You're Never Too Old

You're never too old or too dressed up to go on a hayride.

Hayrides are just one of the many camp activities we have at camp.  Over the past 14 summers I have driven over 350 hayrides.  On our little 2 mile country loop that's 700 miles.  At 3 mph it adds up to 233 hours of hayrides.  That's like spending just under 10 days creeping along in a traffic jam.  It's a good thing hayrides are fun.

Everybody's Work'n for the Weekend

They came, they scraped, they painted.

What a weekend!  A huge thank you to Lumber City Church.  You are a continual blessing to us and we love partnering together.

TBT - Starting Line Up

Clean dishes.  You have to get your priorities straight.
